In The Community exists for one simple reason: we care.
These are our priorities; day-in, day-out:

- Helping employers build their teams in a socially responsible manner
- Getting our learners into meaningful employment
Our experience shows us that there is a real desire to find meaningful work that traditional training programmes are failing to deliver. We take a different approach.
What makes us different is our connections, our passion and our commitment.
We go where the work takes us, working deep in the community to help those who need it most.
We are Government-funded and offer both accredited and non-accredited training programmes; each project is bespoke to the needs of the employer.
